Final Fantasy XIV: Hraesvelgr

After Nidhogg, it’s only fitting that I also make Hraesvelgr. His name is super fun to say.

Hraesvelgr is made using Domingo the Dragon pattern, with some modifications to join the arms and the wings. I’m really happy how the wings came out.

Hraesvelgr is available for purchase in my Etsy Shop.

Final Fantasy XIV: Nidhogg

Nighogg from Final Fantasy XIV, exacting vengeance on thine enemies!

Nighogg is made using Domingo the Dragon pattern, with some modifications to join the arms and the wings. The wings are tricky to make, they’re made out of 4 separate pieces, each. But I think it worked out well.

Nidhogg is available for purchase in my Etsy Shop.

Also, black yarn is REALLY hard to photograph…

Tassels!

Fun with tassels! Although traditionally the Peruvians will tag their Llamas and Alpacas with tassels through their ears, I’m opting for just the halter. 🙂

These 2 are available for sale in my Etsy shop.

Red XIII Amigurumi

RedXIII1

This is Red XIII from Final Fantasy VII.  I made it using my Wilfred the Wolf pattern, added details with felt, and red yarn for the mane.  Lion Brand used to make a faux suede yarn that doesn’t unravel, worked great for hair and mane, but they discontinued yet.  I’ve yet to find anything similar.

Llama Tags!

My official Kamidake Fiber Arts tags!  I’ve been just using generic shaped tags when I sold a plush on etsy, but now I got these!

llamatags2

I’m probably more excited about these than I should be, since most of my sales are digital patterns.  But I just can’t get over how cute they are!   I need to make more plushies for sale just so I can use these tags!  🙂
